SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Your order will be carefully processed from Monday to Friday. Our items usually leave the warehouse within 3 working days.
- Express Shipping : Your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Working days : Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Note : During seasonal offers and holidays, processing time may be extended by 1-2 business days.
COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs are €4.5 (Free shipping on orders over €70). The delivery time is 3-5 working days.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track your shipment.
Tracking Note : It may take 2-5 days for the carrier to add your package to their system.
WRONG ADDRESS
If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you for clarification and refund the purchase price excluding shipping costs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
When returning goods, please note that processing can take up to 14 working days. Refunds will be made in accordance with our returns policy.
