Cancellation and Change

If you change your mind about your purchase, please email us at support@climcat.com and include your order number and the change you would like to make. We will confirm to you as soon as the change or cancellation has occurred.

Your order can only be canceled or changed within 02 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order is blocked for processing and can no longer be canceled or changed.

Please notice that:

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver your order on time if your order requires a design change as it takes us much longer to change your design during the holiday season.
